About Our Business

NMX Consulting was founded in Okemos, MI in 2002.

Initially, NMX Consulting provided consulting services to one single
customer; Genomic Solutions, Inc. of Ann Arbor, MI.  These services
were focused on maintenance and sales of warranties and service
plans for its growing range of research instruments.  Annual service
contract sales and revenues were both increased approximately 3-fold
from 2002 to 2004.  In addition to service contract sales, NMX
Consulting maintained Genomic Solutions' customer and service
databases.

Since 2002, various other services have been added to our offerings
(refer to the "Services" page for details), including confocal microscopy
applications support, new product development, and editing and
assistance in writing of research grants

NMX Consulting offers more than 15 years of experience in the life
sciences instrumentation business, encompassing applications
development & support, customer and sales staff training, domestic
and international sales and distribution, product management, field
service management, and logistics.
